1. General By accessing the The Crooked Pine website or visiting our restaurant, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.
2. Reservations & Walk-Ins The Crooked Pine operates on a walk-in basis. We do not guarantee seating availability. Reservations for private events or large groups are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
3. Outdoor Dining Our dining experience is al fresco and weather-dependent. We reserve the right to close or modify service at any time due to weather conditions without prior notice.
4. Menu & Pricing Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Availability of certain items, including raw bar selections, depends on daily supply and seasonal offerings.
5. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are valid for use at The Crooked Pine only.
6. Online Orders Orders placed through our online ordering system are subject to availability. The Crooked Pine reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of errors or unavailability.
7. Private Events Event bookings require a signed agreement and may require a deposit. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your event contract.
8. Website Use All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of The Crooked Pine and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability The Crooked Pine is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform their server before ordering.

Our first restaurant in Ogunquit, Brix + Brine is a fun, casual after the beach favorite amongst tourists and locals alike. The highlight of the menu is our extensive raw bar program featuring over a dozen oyster varieties daily. Just 4 doors down Shore Road this outdoor dining venue serves its All Day Dining in Season as weather permits.
